About Me
I'm a TrustMark-approved Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor, based in South London for six years. I know the housing stock well: the Victorian terraces in Brixton, the mansion flats in Clapham, the conversion flats across Peckham and Bermondsey.
My background is in construction and I hold a degree in Quantity Surveying. I don't just fill in a form; I understand how buildings are put together, how they perform, and what genuinely affects an EPC rating. Every assessment I carry out is thorough, accurate, and lodged on the national register the same day.
